Shower leaking. Expensive to fix due to the plumber having to knock out the wall, advised me to buy a shower shutoff valve until I have time to pay for the major repairs. This valve is made from durable materials. It came in a plain white box, not retail packaging. What people call a set screw is actually a roll pin in what I bought. Its only purpose is to hold the stick in place. There is a thick rubber seal between it and the shower holder. With this arrangement, there is little chance of the pin falling out. Bought this valve to control the water flow in the shower. My Moen shower valve regulates the temperature, but it's the type that just lets the water flow off or on full blast. Moen calls it posi-temp. Gov. Jerry Brown would call it posi-waster.
