Only reason for 4 stars is that the inner compartment has a bag holder and it doesn't align perfectly with mine and sometimes the bag breaks when I take it it off. Tried putting the plastic back in but to no avail.

It's hard to find the perfect trash can, isn't it? I like the pedal opening on this model. However, it pushes back a little every time you lean it against a wall or closet will scratch the wall or closet. I used some 3M velcro felt dots to pad the back that hits the wall to prevent scratches, but the constant repositioning of the can is still awkward. I cannot recommend it because of this promotion. Next time I will resort to the type of jar with a swing lid.
