Great replacement

All in all a great replacement for the factory RAV4. It looks like it's factory installed, but it's snapped in instead of screwed in. Not a fan of the radio turning off in backup, but it was a fraction of the cost of a factory swap.

Adds functionality to car

May be difficult to install due to amount of wiring. Functionality is great. Added wireless car key and it works fine. The seller was very helpful in fixing the problem I had during installation. The device takes a while to boot up, but the rear camera works while it's booting up, so you don't have to wait.

Poor screen and customer service

Less than a week after installation, the screen started going crazy. I contacted their support team and they told me to update the system with a SIM card. When I emailed back with more questions, after 3 days I received no reply. Tonight I removed the system from my car and sent it back. I paid too much money to wsy to make it not work properly.

Completely plug and play

This is an amazing upgrade over the standard RAV4 unit. The large screen for the rear camera was a big plus, GPS works effortlessly for using downloaded offline google maps without having to use my phone. Originally bought to use Android Auto but. I personally like it even better! I just downloaded Spotify and downloaded all my music. It fits perfectly in the dash, reuses the stock air vents and clips, for the price it's not only worth the money but an amazing upgrade I wouldn't recommend!

SWMBO made happy in car electronics

Wife bought a new used car and the original dashboard electronics were not very user friendly - very small graphics and limited map options. I checked it out when it arrived and wisely decided to outsource the work to some local professionals at my favorite window tinting company. They have never seen anything like this but they could do an impeccable job and the screen is much bigger than the original and the UI of their handsfree android phone is very clear and audible. It was a good buy. PS:
