I've been using this rain cover to keep my DXP bag dry during my 20 minute commute to work for the past few months. No complaints - it keeps everything perfectly dry (as far as I've noticed), easy to put on and take off. It can be used with or without side-fold saddlebags; The unused portion of the cover simply tucks in and holds on to the main elastic.
