Fit and finish to OEM specifications.

This product looks and feels exactly like an OEM part. It took about 8 minutes from removing the old wearing part to finally installing the new part and the new part looks like it came from the factory in every respect.

This is a great product at a great price and very easy to install. You will save a lot of money if you buy this item and replace it yourself. You don't need to go to a car service for this repair.

Fits great, looks like the original

Fits great, uses screws you unscrew from the old handle. Make sure you have the pad removal tools and TORX bits, this will make the process smoother. There are many videos on YouTube how to replace it.

Went like clockwork!

Perfect fit for my 2007 BMW X5. My mechanic was able to easily install it without disassembling the door or panel. It's worth noting that this is just the inside of the door handle (which on many BMWs tends to get sticky after a few years), not the entire handle.

Great product for the price. Easy installation.

Easy installation. You only need 3 tools. (I would recommend a 1.5" to 2" wide mount). Torx T10 screwdriver and Torx T20 screwdriver (at least 4 inches long, 3 inches long does NOT reach the screw in the handle). I replaced 3 grips (passenger, both rear grips) in about 10 minutes. Do it yourself. This will save you at least $150 at the dealership/dealership.

Excellent replacement - like new

The fit and finish of this fairing piece is excellent. This particular part is not that easy to replace as removing the old one actually requires breaking the old one. In other words, once it snaps into place, it stays there (until you want to break the next one). This is only a problem if you haven't set all the control knobs (especially the 4-point mirror adjustment) absolutely correctly before locking. This is not a problem caused by this part, it is simply a design obstacle by BMW. You will

Very easy to install, inexpensive solution to a common problem X5 + X6

Almost every X5 either has a problem with sticky door handles, or the door handles have been replaced (or got sticky handles, or paper towels, etc.) . This button is very easy to install, you will need a few small torx bits (one is T20, the other is very small, maybe T5). You basically pry off the outside of this door handle/knob with a thin flathead screwdriver (gently). You simply pry the outside handle off the inside handle (the sticky one you're replacing) and you'll see 3 (yes, 3) torxโ€ฆ
