I wanted something that offered more protection for my pickup. I am currently using one from Bully which is a good solid piece and is holding up well. I wanted one that is a little wider. This one is definitely well built from thick steel. It has a good corrosion resistant coating that also provides a little extra traction when used to lift onto a truck bed.
