Works well and accurately

Works well on all vehicles used for testing, both OBD and OBD2 systems. The pigtail is a great feature as it lets you slide the device out so the screen is easier to read. Block research and easy to read. Couldn't ask for more.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Useless functions

The tester works as stated and I am completely satisfied.

The tester arrived yesterday and today I attached it to our car. He recognized the "Service engine soon" error and decided there was nothing to worry about and turned off the display. I believe this will save me an unnecessary repair bill. I am completely satisfied with the device and hope that it will be useful again.

Handy little scanner.

Can't beat the price. It's a pretty good little scanner. Not too small, but not too big either. Fits conveniently in a tool box or tool bag and feels good in the hand. Backlit display. The controls are easy to use. Impressed by what it can do. It won't do everything a few thousand $$$ devices can, but it will do enough to give you your codes and even erase them if needed. I'm happy with it so far. No complaints.

  • Easy installation

Easily and quickly diagnose your car

Udiag OBD2 scanner is a great tool. I chose this model because of its ability to detect misfires. Not all scanners offer this test. The scanner saved me time and money because it showed that cylinder 6 was misfiring. In this way, a defective ignition cable could be found quickly. It also showed exactly the other part that made the Check Engine light up. For a very small price, Udiag OBD2 is the most valuable auto repair tool I have.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are defects

Makes it easier to correct and clear codes

my husband needed an obd2 reader to check the code on his nissan. This little reader was perfect as we didn't need anything special just something to read the codes and tell us what they mean. He plugged it in and gave us data that his oxygen sensors weren't working properly. This made the guessing game pretty easy by just telling us what the problem was. After replacing the O2 sensor, the codes could be cleared with just a few button presses. We've also used it on my Toyota and my dad's Honda…

Good reliable reader that may require cable adjustments from time to time

This is a good reliable reader that is easy to use. It drives both cars in our family with no problems and gives clear information as to why the 'Check Engine' light is on and can turn it off if the problem is minor or sporadic. activate and . That's it. blank screen On a whim, I opened it up and noticed that the single ribbon cable on the board had come loose and snapped off. Once the cable was plugged back in and locked in place, the device ran like a champ. So if you also get a blank screen…

Every practitioner should have it.

My Camaro's Check Engine light came on and an inspection was due. Here in New Jersey, having a 96+ car is a life saver. Plugged it in and got a code P0441 which is an invalid purge flow code. They pointed me in the direction of the purge magnet, a common problem) I took out the old one and checked it out. It was really bad so I put a new one in and turned off the light. The code and light didn't come back so I went to check and passed. If you work with cars yourself and have an OBD2 car, I…

Impressive performance at an affordable price!

I'm old school - I still maintain my cars myself and know about car care and repairs. I've had an OBDII scanner for years and it has served me well, but is outdated and a bit unwieldy. Enter Udiag CR650. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical, but this scanner is compact, intuitive and affordable! I've included photos of the device and packaging (including screenshots) to give you an idea of why I'm impressed with this scanner. The scanner is about the size of two decks of cards next to a cord long…

Best value for money if your not a mechanic

I bought this OBD2 scanner to read my check engine light fault code and see if I can fix it myself or take it to a mechanic must bring. Worked great. The light went out before I received this product but it was still able to read the error code. Connects easily. It runs on a car battery. He feels strong. The display is bright, clear, decent size. This device gives you error codes and descriptive text when you press enter, which is handy so you don't have to keep a manual or look up the meaning…
