Looked good but too big

Looked good but I prefer something that has only run once. They look uneven and therefore take up too much space at the base. I have to return them as they don't match my edges.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • old

Can be reduced to 3.5 inches.

This item works great with our 3.5 inch rack. Just needs to be tailored. Originally just ordered one to try as the rating isn't great. Ordered another one as it worked. πŸ˜„

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Don't remember

Works great on a rounded edge counter

Base has rounded inside corners and will not fit wood or other square edged counters. I tried trimming the rounded corners to fit the square post but couldn't get it to fit the post properly. Can work excellently on round edge bars.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Available in black only

Looks great! in railings and battens

I needed one last thing to finish my deck posts, they did it. I put pens on the top of the post, added the ones below to really make it stand out. They're easy to slip on, triple check before cutting, leave some excess and trim so you don't lose too much on the first cut. The paint was well received, look for a special paint for plastic. They hook up pretty easily. Very good.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • No

Perfect for 6 " wooden racks (which aren't really 6 ")

18 of these are installed (large deck) to fit 6" racks. There were no chips. Even if chipped a bit the chips would have been hidden behind the corner piece. Saw them with a Dewalt cordless miter saw. Attractive clean look, especially against the backdrop of a brand new PVC deck that has just been fitted to the site of the old treated lumber. .

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Some little things

Adjustable size and good fit. Easy to install for the second time!

There were no instructions regarding the need to cut each of the four sides to the correct length prior to installation. Once you put them together, you can't separate them. So I disassembled it and sent it back as a replacement. There are no problems with the exchange. There were no replacement instructions either, but now I knew how to do it. The bottom of each page is marked in 1/2 inch increments for cutting.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Low repairability

Fair price for labor saved

Easy to use. It has prongs that can be used to break them off, but they are very fragmentary and sometimes crack or break. The miter saw also breaks the piece. For best results, use an angle grinder with a fine cutting wheel. The dimensions correspond to the size. So if you order a 3.5" 4x4 piece, a 4" groove will leave a 1/2" piece. never mind Simply cut to the right size with a grinder. I used to use 1/4 inch round skirts. because they are cheap and quicker to install than other moldings, but

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
