🔌 ZyXEL BRG35503 Cable Modem Review

Unfortunately, Comcast has simplified the user interface so that I can only see the most basic settings. The modem works well and is easy to install. Big but. Comcast is difficult to deal with. Customer service routed me to three people and hung up. I spent half an hour. The second attempt was successful, but wasted another half hour. They didn't seem to know anything about this model even though it was on their approved list. The modem works fine as it was installed about five days ago to replace my modem rented from TWC. My uplink and downlink speeds have more than doubled, although perhaps I shouldn't be surprised given the old technology I've replaced. The problem with this product is the poor assembly instructions.
