Recommended for old draft draft apartment windows

Installed on half my windows today but there is an obvious difference. My apartment building is from the 70's and the windows are the worst. My bedroom was freezing cold when the door closed while the rest of the unit was 72 degrees. However, the tape can be a bit frustrating when adjusting the movie. There was a very handy video from 3M on how to properly thread the cords. All it took was a utility knife and clear tape. It is very convenient that you can adjust the blinds through the film…

It is what it is and does a good job. Just understand what you are getting.

Basically a solid 4 star product. It definitely works for what it's intended for. Nobody can doubt it. It will also definitely save you more money than you spent on your heating bills. Why is this NOT a 5 star product? Well, because they probably call that the "ghetto" solution. It's not something you like to look at. Just look carefully at the top picture in the description of this ad. See how you can see the reflections and variations and how it looks. Did you shrink wrap the windows? Yes…

Pros
  • Quick and easy assembly
Cons
  • Very expensive
