I'll just buy a better block. Thanks Korea for creating it.

I've had the pump for about 11 months now. I haven't used the pump in about 4 months and have only used it about 6-8 times. There are even original batteries. This week I used the pump to find a fuel leak on the block. The leak occurs at the junction of the hose with the junction box. There's some sort of clamp that connects the hose to the junction box and that's where the block leaks. I have contacted the seller. I have to send them the device back "so they can look at the device. How much…

Final design and assembly by customer

This pump is very handy for fueling the lawn mower from a 5 liter can. However, as other reviewers have noted, the materials are a bit flimsy, particularly the battery contacts, and I think most users will find that their satisfaction ends shortly after replacing their first or second set of batteries because the battery contacts aren't strong enough to to hold the batteries. I solved this problem by soldering some wires to the battery terminals and running those wires to a 3.7V Li-Ion 18650…

Not long stored in manual fuel pumps

Like many, my unit didn't last more than 8 months on occasional use because the power button wasn't on, the auto-off function stopped working and the pump speed seemed to slow to a minimum. I solved the power button issue by holding down the power button, a minor inconvenience, but I figured it would still turn off when the receiving tank was full. This assumption was wrong. Then I found that the overall speed of the pump dropped even with fresh batteries. Not good. The concept is beautiful and

Changed from 5 stars to 1

I just got a pump and tried it on some gas cans in the garage to pump gas to a snow blower. Worked great! I'm going to use it to dump a snow blower and pump gas into a generator and two lawn mowers in the spring. Now I won't be using it that much anymore. There isn't much snow. But I mow a lot in the summer so I can see usage every 4 or 5 days. Since I'm alert to bad reviews and the instructions say not to leave it in the gas can if it's not going to be used for a while, I take it out of the…

Good idea, poorly implemented

I was very happy to find this pump. I thought this would solve the problem of our teenagers filling up our personal jet ski with gas. Due to the ridiculous placement of the fill tube, using a standard gas cylinder requires enough strength to control 5 gallons of gasoline at shoulder height and be able to tip the cylinder when the jet ski's fuel tank is full. I thought this pump was the bomb! Unfortunately it isn't. The pump had several defects.1. The standard fitting on the pump will not fit a…

Quick priming pump for refueling electrical appliances, ATVs etc.

This product works basically as advertised and even better than I expected. I'm glad I bought it and will use it when needed! We basically have a couple of 5 gallon gas bottles but I think the pump unit would fit in a smaller container if it's not too small but if it's bigger than a standard 5 gallon container I think that she may not necessarily be getting all of the fuel in a much larger tank. I've been looking for an easier way to fill up my mower, quad bikes, log splitter, generator set…

Pumps great but flows like crazy!

Update 7/7/2020: My attempt to seal the fuel pump wiring hose and the wiring connection to the ECU failed. The leak isn't where I thought it was and if there was one then Seal All stopped that leak and found another one. Most likely the leak wasn't where I thought it was. I removed half of the battery box from the controller case and started the pump. The leak was not inside the controller housing, it was leaking out of the lid and bypassing the lid's rubber gasket. The only thing I can do is…
