Very useful tool that is beneficial between colleagues

The ability to have multiple screen sharing sessions open in different windows as well as being able to share files with others has been very helpful for our business needs. We can easily keep track of what we are working on together without having to constantly email back and forth or be distracted by phone calls. I wish there was an easier way to organize all this information within one window so it's not spread out throughout other programs like Outlook. Also would make sense if you could…

Convenient, Reliable System That Works Well With Google Calendar

I like how easy it was to set up our new system compared with other providers we had used previously (including GoToMeeting). We're able to use multiple screens for different purposes without having separate licenses or users/passwords required per screen; plus you can do things such as pause your meetings when someone walks into another part of the office! Sometimes there are issues where some features don't work correctly but they usually resolve this quickly once an issue has been reported.

Make remote collaboration simple and efficient

The most useful feature to me was how easy it made scheduling meetings with coworkers who live all around America! It also helped us keep track if everyone attended or not which I really liked because sometimes we would have people miss our scheduled time slot so this way you can check what happened during your absence as well without having anyone tell their side story about why they missed out appointment for example like some other services do where someone has an excuse but then when asked…
