Wow! For several months we struggled to keep our turtle tank clean. water change. New filter. Various dishes. Nothing worked. This UV sterilizer was the last attempt to purify his water and hooray it worked! It was pretty easy to set up - took about 20 minutes to put in the tank. I've seen some negative reviews on this product and I think it's people who don't remove the packaging material. First there is a piece of styrofoam around the lamp cover that needs to be removed.
