I haven't been able to start the software for an hour. The included software states that "the camera is either not connected or is being used by another program". The Celestron website says you need to disable your computer's built-in webcam, but even after removing my Logitech webcam from my PC and restarting it a few times, the software refuses to recognize the camera.
