comes with torx bit

i needed a new tool with torx head. And this one fits. On my new gravel bike, the bottle cage mounting bolts were Torx rather than hex. I discovered this when I noticed my bottle cage was loose. I had to either get all the new screws or get a new tool. I received a new instrument.

Pros
  • one year trial

I love this tool! It has saved me many times on the bike!

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cyclist, this tool is for you! A more experienced rider might prefer a chain breaker or a torque wrench, but it's still a very good multi-tool! It has saved me many times on the bike having to adjust cleat position, saddle height, etc. It's durable, fairly light and a must-have for every cyclist in their toolbox/saddlebag.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Expandable

Sturdy and versatile

I work in a bike rental business and this has turned out to be perfect for me. Got a larger m19 as a gift a few years ago and really liked it. Whatever stays in my saddlebag. But for me it's better in the shop because the allen wrenches are longer and I don't need a chain tool for what I do. I recommend this to anyone who needs to make a lot of adjustments throughout the day. I cock and the wrenches seem to have little wear.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Expensive

Excellent reach due to long tools.

Crank Brothers Multitool The build quality is impressive. The tools all work well. I use it to adjust all parts of our bikes and keep it in my saddlebag for emergencies. Occupies a modest pocket space and average weight. This multi-tool saved another biker with shifting problems the trip to his car. Excellent reach due to long tools. And the metal seems very hard and durable. No oxidation after an active long season of use.

High quality bike multi-tool, hard

I have several bikes and several multi-tools. I have a Topeak ultralight compact road bike that I use for emergencies or quick road fixes. But I have to say that this tool from Crank Brothers is very reliable. It's the right length and cocking lever, very well made, and relatively light. I carry this mountain bike and was also part of a commuter setup. It was also convenient for general use and maintenance. I went with gold. It also just looks cool.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Some problems

Nice design but flimsy components

I really like the minimalistic design which includes a nice set of Allen sizes and 3 different types of screwdrivers. However, I was very disappointed when I first used it on my bike. One of the smaller sized hex wrenches (2.5mm) turns with little effort to loosen the nut: everything turns but does not loosen. In comparison, a well-known American product coped with this task without any problems and without twisting. If I can't trust him with a simple task, I don't want to rely on him to fix…

  • boring packaging

Just great. Highly recommended for you and other cyclists you know.

Yes, it weighs about an ounce more (mine is 154 grams) than the box and specs say, but then I weigh a lot more than I should, so I'll work on shedding the grams first. For the xenophobes, it's made in Taiwan, which is probably where your bike was made. The adjustment of the tools to the equipment of my bikes (Jones 29+, ICE-Trike, Santa Cruz) is just great; I prefer it to the two Park multi tools I have, although I wish the hex wrenches had round ends. The wrenches I've used so far have a very…

A great multi tool that is second to none

After a set of hex keys in my seat pocket got some surface rust from getting wet I decided it was finally time to buy a real multi tool. I wanted something small and compact that offered some versatility, and this multi-tool was a perfect fit. I carry separate tire levers and a chain tool, so I didn't want my multi-tool to become redundant because it's just bulky and more difficult to use, and this tool is perfect even for my medium Topeak Aero Wedge seat pack. with my spare tube, chain tool…
