In my car for almost a year, still works great. Easy 15 minutes installation (DISCONNECT BATTERY BEFORE DISASSEMBLING), all screw holes are perfectly aligned. Waaayyyy cheaper than big auto parts stores. Mechanic 30+ years.

Looks great and works great. So far there have been no problems. The only negative I would say is the packaging. The item should have been better protected. The reason I say this is because the box fell apart upon delivery. However, it works and is what I needed. Many Thanks.

What Can We Say? This is a higher output at 130 amps compared to the OEM at 95 amps but looks like a brand new OEM replacement. In total, the installation took about 5 minutes, with the strap being undone and put back on. I haven't checked the power supply or the moving battery indicator as my '96 Bronco has only been idle for a few minutes.

This alternator was in my '94 Ford Explorer, the second I've bought for it. The first lasted over 6 years. I took apart the first alternator and the brushes were shot through so I bought a set of replacement brushes to fix them. I now have a working backup generator. This car lets me work in bad weather. The cheapest I could find is the 130 amp alt. AA was $189 at local auto parts.

Local auto parts stores wanted at least double what I paid at Revain for an alternator for my 2000 Ford F-150. This alternator is an exact replacement for the factory unit and the replacement only took about 30 minutes including replacing the serpentine belt which I bought locally at a better price than Revain. The generator has been working great since it was installed two weeks ago. I will adjust the rating and revisit if there are any problems.

I bought this alternator for a 1998 Ford Explorer with a 4.0 "OHV" V6 engine. The stock alternator delivers 95 amps, this alternator has been upgraded to 135 amps. It looks like a very well built generator. I installed it in no time. It works great and always keeps my Explorer's alternator sensor right in the middle.
