Fits 1997 Chevrolet K1500

Firstly this part fits my 1997 Chevrolet K1500. It literally took less than a minute to pull out the old switch and insert the new one (which is why the truck didn't have padding around the steering column). I used a flathead screwdriver to pry off the broken switch. (You can see in the picture where I was able to get under the old one) If you're reinstalling the whole switch assembly, push it down as far as you can. Remember, you might be surprised because if you uninstall/reinstall this part,

Decent product just not the right part for my truck.

Although the Revain claims didn't match my truck, I still bought it to test on a '96 Chevy S10. The dealer wanted $65 for this part. It fits perfectly but is a bit buggy in my truck. Sometimes the turn signals work, sometimes they don't. If I move the emergency gear or lightly press the button, the turn signals work. This is clearly not made for my truck so I am not disappointed with the product. This solved the problem I had before: a broken hazard switch that kept the hazard lights on all the

Works - 1998 Silverado K1500

Although not stated, I took a gamble that it would work in my 1998 Chevy Silverado K1500 pickup. The only difference seems to be that the original was red and this one is black. I think black looks better anyway. Periodically when I have my right turn signal on, when I am exiting a turn and the turn signal should be off, the left turn signal will click/flash. I just toggle the turn signals on and off and that overrides it. It seems to depend on how deep the turn signal is in the hole. I hit it…

Manure Switch - Interior

When the switch is in the off position it still energizes the relay. Although the lights are not flashing, a relay click can be heard. Since I bought it to make the truck more salable, this causes a problem as potential buyers will notice and immediately think something else is wrong. GM's design is terrible from the start, it's amazing a real engineer got paid to do it. But this even cheaper copy is even worse. The switch is so simple that making a non-working switch means the company is more…

It took two to finally get it right and it works in 1995 S-10 Blazer

Quality control is missing on this part. The first one I got was defective. All lights worked as expected, however, despite the lack of turn signals or hazard lights, you could still hear the turn signal click. There are three triangular metal contact plates that float on springs that press them firmly against the metal rails inside the pillar. However, when I compared the bottom contact plate to the OEM, it didn't extend that far and barely moved forward/backward. The second block worked…

WARNING/DANGER: Stuck, Sticky or Not Working Turn Signals!

I bought this for a 1996 Chevy Blazer LS 4 door. I live in Pennsylvania and the car must have working four way turn signals to pass MOT and my old one got stuck and stopped working. What pisses me off is that the car had no problems until I had to start messing around with that stupid four position turn signal/alarm switch. I'd rather have broken four directions than the busted turn signals that are still the result of my fiddling with this thing. -02 Different types of Chevy S-10/Blazer models
