Quality control is missing on this part. The first one I got was defective. All lights worked as expected, however, despite the lack of turn signals or hazard lights, you could still hear the turn signal click. I bought this for a 1996 Chevy Blazer LS 4 door. I live in Pennsylvania and the car must have working four way turn signals to pass MOT and my old one got stuck and stopped working. What pisses me off is that the car had no problems until I had to start messing around with that stupid four position turn signal/alarm switch.
