Easy if engine and transmission removed

I used this when I removed the engine and transmission on my 93ft K1500 Blazer. I installed an LS engine and a 2000-06 Trans. The transmission mount is the same as the 6-bolt to 6-bolt 4WD adapter from transmission to transfer case. Engine mounts were also replaced. Good quality and easy to install once everything is ready. Works with the original engine and gearbox. My application was just a little different.

I installed all brackets correctly on my 1998 Chevrolet K1500 but had serious problems. 1) The transmission mount is over 1/4" higher than factory. This was stressing my transfer case causing it to leak. 2) Using these engine mounts caused the transmission to "click" when the accelerator pedal was released .I think this is because the halves have to be separated to fit, which allows the rubber to move under tension.These mounts are not easy to fit and most likely caused the above problems.I…

A bit of work but worth it, hire a helper and things will be easier

These are very good bushings but be prepared for a tricky installation! I installed all of this on a '94 Chevy K1500 4x4 with a 350/5.7 liter engine and manual transmission. First tip is to compare the new and old gearbox mount, there is an extra piece of metal that would make the new one bigger and I've searched the internet and others seem to think it's true and liked me too , instead of installing the part .
