Avoid This Junk - 3D Printing Filament

ok I started printing B&W prints within 1 day 12 hours with the last of 2 other black rolls, there is a noticeable color change between the last of the other rolls and the start of this roll and some jamming issues. To continue printing I had to stop the print, frequently pull out the filament, pry it out, use a small allen wrench to push through the jam, then reload and wait another hour or two for it to get stuck again, btw: it is 750 grams are not kg but in my search for filament I checked…

Incompatible PLA. on 3D printing filament

, I was really trying to love the Kodak thread. I had a black reel so it took me a while to use it. It was in a sealed envelope with a silica gel sachet. It was sealed tight and I saw no need to put it in the dryer. Kodak filament costs very well. This is the second time I've bought it and both times I've had filament issues. I just did a 19 hour print with a different filament. I switched jets, leveled the bed and did another 11 hour print. I return to find this mess. So I restart it. Same…

Terrible. Tangled mess.

The first layers off the roll were fine at the time. The layers are hidden under the layers, causing the printer to pull and break the filament. The coil winding is terrible. The chimp could have packed it better. How to wind a coil where layers are underneath other layers? To get any print at all you should try to pull the foot out and then roll it back as you print so it doesn't mess up your print. Adhesion to the printing platform is also poor. I run almost all of my filament at the same hot
