Solves 5 gallon gas cylinder problems

If you have a 5 gallon plastic gas cylinder that is used for anything other than topping up a car gas tank, these replacement fittings with their many options will solve the problem of new containers. which have a pressure to release the gas connection at the end of the filling tube. Plastic rubbish

Total rubbish! Don't buy them, you've been warned! 2 out of 3 attachments broke in half on first use which is ridiculous. What good is a long neck if the material is too brittle to bend at all? Typical Chinese plastic garbage and definitely not worth the money! Now I'm stuck with these useless half broken atomizers I can even return, thanks Revain for selling crappy products and providing a short denial window so you don't need a refund. WARNING! The seals decomposed into a dust in just 2 days that could destroy your engine!

EDIT: SECOND TIME 2/3 of the seals came out and dissolved on the FIRST CONTACT with the gas. That gets us up to 20 gallons of premium gas DESTROYED by these guys. (Cost about $60.) The seller should change the description of this item to state that it is for water only and not gas. VERY UNHAPPY! Additionally, the seller claims this "never happened before" but as you can see from other reviews it CONTINUES to happen. The seller knows the seals are failing and does nothing about it. The best idea at a great price!

The new gas cartridges I bought a few years ago had safety spouts that were difficult to use, short, stiff and narrowed to about the width of a pencil. I ended up spilling more gas than I ever did with the old straight jets. Didn't want a new safety outlet but felt like I didn't have a choice as this is all for sale. Cheap and functional, but that's about it.

I bought these because the two new polyethylene gas cylinders I bought have spring loaded spouts with safety locks. The spouts kept falling apart (the plastic mounts in the spring-loaded mechanism deformed and wouldn't hold), so I found them. All these things are of little use. The seal tends to leak if it shifts slightly when unscrewing the spout. You won't know about it until you use one of them, at which point some fuel will drip. My order shipped quickly and had all the parts I needed. However, I have the following observations: 1. The vent covers do not "click" in as expected after installation and this leaves me with a feeling that the vent cover may not stay closed. 2. The "rubber" pad that fits the base of the spout is already quite stiff just a week after it was on my gas cans.
