Very bad quality. Skip this

Finding the right settings for this material was tedious due to layer adhesion issues, high stress and delamination. The first half of the roll was very matte and then randomly got a bit glossy. So many clogging issues with it that he decided to clog my nozzle and PTFE and wind it up from the extruder himself.

Pros
  • 3D Printing Filament
Cons
  • Minor Stuff

Looking for glossy black? You have found it.

In my personal experience, 200 degrees is best for printing. Not messed up yet. Elmer's disappearing purple glue stick makes the grip almost TOO strong and lasts a few prints before needing replacement. The silk finish shows layer lines and 3D printing artifacts, and I personally love that 3D printed "ed" look. So far this is my favorite thread.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Can't remember

The weakest filament I've ever used

Don't get me wrong the filament looks great. Super shiny and beautiful rich blue color. However, this is the worst textured thread I have ever used! Not only did the layers adhere poorly (printed between 185-205°C at 30mm/s), but even when I glued the separate layers together, the parts were very fragile. I understand that PLA is not a durable material, but I expected to at least be able to hold my parts without fear of accidentally crushing them. From the whole roll I only have a few prints…

  • 3D printing consumables
