Nice touch on our front door but we had to work hard to get it centered properly. Just keep in mind that you might want to center it with the door-closed measurement. For us, measuring the width of the entire door and centering it differed from the size of the door visible when closed. We drilled 2 holes as we didn't drill them all before checking.

Although it looked great after installation (1st September) it was showing rust spots after only 1.5 months (17th October). I'm in DC so we don't have extreme weather in September or October so there's no excuse for the finish to rust so easily. They weren't caused by scratches during installation, they just started to rust from the environment.

Wow what a cute stand. I ordered this Schlage running board on 2/6/2017 and it arrived on 2/8/2017. A two day delivery was not expected as the estimated delivery time was between 02/10/2017 and 02/15/2017. My wife loves the look and it was very easy to install. Take a close look at the picture to see for yourself. Oh, and the screws were almost hidden in the pretty packaging of the record itself.

This footboard is VERY good quality. I bought this to replace the brass on my front door to match all the new hardware which is now polished nickel. I didn't realize until I took the old one off that the old one is double sided and has a silver color on the back. But I decided to keep this new one and use it anyway because it is of much better quality than my old one. Also, all the screws go in the same holes. Very easy to install.
