For wall mounting this is the best I could find. Other reviews are true. We cleaned our cars as expected, their main and almost only use. Easy to assemble, all fasteners are included and can be easily removed if required. The suction was better than expected and the length of the hose was just long enough for our two car garage, but when your car is in the middle of the garage the hose is less taut. Investments are many and look forward to years of use.

It only has a 1 1/4" hose and very little suction, so using it to collect dust was basically useless. Bought one of these for my shop last week and am very happy with it. I especially like the hose. I fully expected a nightmare made out of hard polyethylene plastic that couldn't possibly wrap cleanly around the block. Apparently many of the complainers here think that a 7 amp vacuum should be as powerful as a 10+ amp vacuum. Ah no. This unit effectively has the suction power of a good "home" vacuum, a durable metal body and wet/dry cleaning capability. I have had two of these Stanley wall mounted vacuums for six months now. I have a 1,000 square foot shop with a blasting cabinet. One vacuum is used for the media cabinet and this area of the store, the second is at the other end of the store by the main lift door.
