Diameter and concentricity around center hole at tip are very good (near perfect). Mine had SIGNIFICANT runout (in the 3k range) and I didn't bother to check the grind angle after finding out that was probably why I had the most 0.1mm. If you use these things in a hand tool or anything with that much runout, they're probably GREAT. You get what you pay for. These reamers will certainly clean the hole and make the non-circular hole more concentric, but they're not very useful for precision work. I felt they were too big and some of the cutters were uneven. For general cleaning this might be fine, but I needed a 5mm hole to hold the 5mm bushing securely and the bearing didn't fit snugly after using the reamer.
