I was looking for something under $100 that would allow me to install a manual spin dryer just like this goat. It's high enough for comfort, the legs are spread, leaving plenty of room for a basket to collect the wrung-out laundry. Five stars for the exceptional customer service from Qual-Craft Industries, the maker of Trojan goats. I bought two sets. Shipped direct from the Revain distribution center. Both boxes arrived damaged with several large holes. This is the first time I've received a slightly damaged or missing part from Revain since 1998! Each was missing a few bolts, washers, and nuts. One of the portals arrived defective as it could not clamp the 2x4 crossmember properly. Instead of having the jaws of the yoke parallel to the 2x4, they were clamped at an angle and the teeth on one end of the yoke didn't even pierce the wood.
