No problem, arrived on time, easy to install and sounds great. Slight MPG improvement, just stay away from the right leg to save $.

If you have a V8 engine in your car and want to cut its balls off and lack power, look no further. Waste of money, easy to install, I will tune it even though I don't need it, it looks cool but that's about all it can do, it seems like it's choking my engine

I became interested in K&N when 4wheelparts.com endorsed the Volant and sold me. Reduced gas mileage -2to-3mpg. The installation is not entirely accurate, only one screw secures the airbox, the connection to the throttle body is awkward and the angle does not match properly. I had to stick to my stock consumption.

Great under the hood air intake on my Ford! Installation wasn't too bad, except the gasket that came in the kit didn't seal properly, had to adjust my own, and also required a small modification when I added a throttle body gasket. Great looking product! Hope it works the way it looks.

So far I like this product. As others have said, it is easier to install the filter in the box before installing the airbox. Clips are poor quality but work. Installation requires relocating the fuse box to the inner fender. The main air intake gasket is not properly bonded to the box. The box is large and is in contact with the power steering reservoir. Replacing the breather tube from the cap to the intake manifold isn't a good fit, but it doesn't make much of a difference since it's just a…

4/11/15 I bought this CAI and throttle body gasket together. I'm happy with the performance and looks compared to the stock. Of course, those are absolutely horrible instructions they send you. But with time and common sense, you can assemble them without much difficulty. After lots of blogging and reading reviews I have come to the conclusion that the Volant Powercore is the right choice for any K&N product. 3 days later I got an appointment, great! My only problem was the installation. I have a 2007 F150 Lariat with a 5.4 liter engine. The airbox turned out to be much larger than I imagined and I had to move the fuse box that was mounted to the side of the engine bay. I have used advertised air intakes on several vehicles over the years, namely K&N products, but I feel they are missing. I bought this valance for my 2006 Ford Harley F150 hoping it would only draw in cold air; It does exactly the same as a standard airbox, but on top of that it has two extra air intakes that also suck hot air under the hood, defeating the purpose!
