This device copies any DVD (not copy-protected) in a relatively short time. The controls are simple; Just turn it on, put the original DVD in the top tray and a blank DVD in the bottom tray, done. The only thing I don't know is whether it rips a DVD Plus to a blank DVD Minus. I didn't try. I didn't rate the tech support because I don't need it.

I bought a copier to copy an out of copyright vocal CD from old unprotected vinyl records. The instructions were easy to follow, but while the lights were on and the bell was ringing, nothing was copied to the blank disk. Maybe it works with CDs used for something other than the original purpose of the CDs, I don't know, but it failed to rip the audio CD.

I've wanted a copier for a long time. I bought one that did nothing and the price was about $100 more. It was sent back quickly. It's so easy to use, does what it says on the tin, and has a directions page that anyone can understand. I'm so happy with it.

If you're looking for an exciting duplicator, this is it. Just insert discs and it starts working. I bought it to back up some old CDRs from my college days and a few other discs (CDs) and no problems so far. There is no programming and very few instructions, but it works and the price was right for me. Just a useful tool. Also well packaged and fast service from the seller.

I've used it for about a dozen discs and so far this product has performed exactly as advertised. Even some of my DVDs that have problems make a visible copy most of the time. There's really nothing to learn. Simply place the original in the top tray and the stationery in the bottom tray. That's all. When it's done, it will beep and the compartment will open. Remember that you cannot copy protected discs.

Super easy to use and still works great. I had a project to dub about 35 home video DVDs for two other family members. This would literally take weeks with my Panasonic DVR/DVD recorder as I would have to play them in real time while burning to disk and then edit again to split and rename the titles before burning the DVD.
