This radio works well. The display is nice and seems to work well. I checked the performance on both bands. It was within a watt of its advertised value. The menu works well. I really like this radio but its keypad has recently been locked. The microphone buttons (except ptt) work, but nothing works on the device. Update: 22.07. Now that I've had the radio for a few weeks I have to say it's a great little radio. With this size, performance and price, it would be hard to find anything that compares. UI issues are easy to fix, and like any other radio, it's not a big deal once you know how to use it properly. However, the UI may need to be adjusted in a future release. However, the lack of DTMF is still an issue keeping this radio out of 5-star territory. Update: 7/5 I've had more time to browse the radio.
