Always wanted one of these to light my smoker chips in my gas grill. Burns clean, control valve and lighter work well. I think the processing quality is okay. It has an adjustment to change the size of the flame, which is good for controlling propane consumption. It's a decent size and goes well with a propane tank.

I rarely write reviews unless I'm really impressed. It's clear that this manufacturer set out to create the biggest piece of junk and they totally succeeded! It doesn't light up no matter what combination of settings I tried, and if you press the throttle even slightly, it goes out. The start button supposedly works 500 times, 50 to be precise. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I've used quite a few of these over the years. This one works well, not great. First, the hose is a bit short for my liking. I don't have a smaller 10lb propane tank so lugging around a 20lb tank is a pain. This torch is a real beast - in the best possible way. I've used this to remove weeds and moss between patio stones and it got rid of them in no time! I will also use it to burn firewood for some of the sculptures I am working on. I have a small burner that is very good for fine detail, but this burner is more powerful and gives more distance between me and what I'm burning. The drought in the first half of this summer has given way to more weeds on the sparse lawn we have here. Video never edited but shown use, comments how to adjust the flame, not too much or it will go out by itself. It does get noisy from time to time, like turbulence going through the holes they've created, but that noise comes and goes, almost disconcerting when in use, but nothing to worry about. The Bravex flashlight was ordered for the yard, garden and driveway. This powerful tool should be used with care and caution as it produces a very hot and long flame. As a first test, I burned and destroyed a strip of Bermuda grass about 1 foot wide and 120 feet long. This grass has invaded the driveway of our yard.
