🔧 DEWALT Mechanics Tools Kit and Socket Set, 204-Piece: The Ultimate MM/SAE Drive Solution (DWMT72165) Review

I called Dewalt and told them about two ratchets that didn't work. They were replaced free of charge and appeared in the house after 2 weeks. It's not a cheap set, but unfortunately that's how it works. Bought in 2019 but lasts about 6 months before the ratchets wear out, wouldn't recommend. The 1/4 jack is blocked and you cannot switch. The 3/8 socket shifts by itself when pressed. Very rough action on the ratchet, not a smooth click.

All parts are as stated, 3/8 ratchet is defective right after the bolt, 12 wrenches appear to be bent and the lettering/pattern embossing has each wrench even more deformed. The wrenches appear to be improperly designed or have heat treatment issues during their manufacture. Wrenches will work fine, but they don't look good at all.
