This is amazing, I was very skeptical at first based on the reviews, it's very easy to set the locks automatically, it's perfect!

Easy installation, nothing special, instructions could probably be a bit clearer on paper. The video was more direct and precise. After setup it works perfectly.

A range of features at a good price. I wouldn't put this on my front door, that's what latches are for. Well for privacy inside this is a great lock. I use it in my gear room to keep little fingers and curious adults from accidentally cutting themselves on a knife or razor sharp axe.

Bought to keep my 5 year old from going into my room, it's very good, I bought two of these but after installing the lock on the door is a bit loose making it a bit unstable, but other than that it's a great product, I don't really have a problem with it

The first lock they sent me had a crooked hole, they sent a replacement with no problems and I installed it in less than two minutes. In general, I find the blocking very good, the beeping annoys me, but switching off was just great.

So this replaced my other similar item I bought about 5 years ago which stopped working. This is great because if the digit doesn't work, you can use the key to open the door. Sometimes the handle wouldn't turn on to open the door. It just spins freely. I had to try again once or twice before the handle worked and the door opened. Hope this doesn't happen too often. Apart from this problem, it is easy to install and program.

This item arrived quickly and the packaging was intact. Upon opening, the instructions were clearly labeled and easy to follow. This was for an extra office and I think it would work great for the application. The only thing I would like to point out is that the pen is too big and will look bigger than a regular pen. Also, the code buttons are a bit awkward to press as they curve around the handle. But I think after a week or so, typing that domed design on the buttons won't bother me anymore.

I work in the low voltage access control and video surveillance industry and in my last office I hooked it up for keypad access, door kicks and all that. I'm on a rental and I really didn't want to run cables and install power supplies and everything so I decided to give this product a try.
