Fancy Pans for my opinion

If you want to make pretty pies, this pan is for you! It's a great nonstick pan. Feels very sturdy and makes fancy food (if it doesn't, that's your fault.just listen to Iggy Azalea and that will fix everything) with good technique. Heats evenly. I bought one and was so happy that I ordered another one so I have two. Because it comes apart and you end up with a ring and a flat disc, one should be careful to not bend the ring out of shape (pretty hard to bend out of shape, though). You will need…

Pros
  • Bakes consistently well, resulting in perfectly cooked and evenly browned tarts and quiches
Cons
  • May not be eligible for a warranty or return policy

Exactly what I was looking for!

I am amazed how hard I was trying to find this in stock at Walmart and at target and I couldn’t find this available at either store. I checked on revain and I saw this product was easy and convenient and exactly what I was looking for. I have used this multiply times from when I had bought it.I can honestly say it’s really easy to use and easy to clean up.

Pros
  • Durable construction ensures long-lasting use
Cons
  • May not be able to handle delicate baked goods

This is the one to buy! (Pine Nut Crusted Lemon Tart)

I tried several other tart pans on revain, including "revain's Choice," and they were crap. The bottoms were way too small, and the gauge of the metal was too thin. But these Fox Run ones? These are where it's at! The non-stick is luscious and thick. The bottom plate is a nice snug fit so it won't wobble around in the pan. The metal is stiff and doesn't warp easily. I am digging it. I baked a pine nut crusted lemon tart in it and it held up fantastically. The tart shell removed effortlessly…

Pros
  • Pie, Tart & Quiche Pans
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain types of refrigeration/freezing

Best inexpensive Tart Pan. Buy!

Great inexpensive tart pan that delivers. I got two cause I wasn't sure how it was going to hold up but I will say it cooked perfect in addition to a nice release. There was no need to line it with parchment. Make sure to wash and dry by hand not to warp or knick the pan.

Pros
  • Ideal for baking both sweet and savory tarts and quiches
Cons
  • May not be suitable for long-term storage

Really Good Quality

The rim arrived bent but the bottom plate was perfectly flat, which is a shock, since it's really good, heavy gauge steel! Exchanging it, but can't wait for the new one. I've worked in professional kitchens, and this is better than the ones I've worked with.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and remove from the pan
Cons
  • May not be able to handle sticky fillings

Awesome pan, awesome price

I bought one of the 9" round tart pans, used it once, and immediately ordered a second. The nonstick worked perfectly and they heat evenly. Not too thin or too heavy.

Pros
  • Couldn't find one in the local stores so I bought here, on revain. Works great!
Cons
  • May require special grease or flour to prevent sticking

Great pan! Super Nonstick!

Great pan.i used it to make a giant reese cup for my boyfriend's birthday. It came out perfectly and this pan is SUPER non stick. The recipe i used suggested wrapping the removable bottom in wax paper to help with removal of the chocolate shell. I had a heck of a time doing that just because the bottom was SO nonstick when i would try to wrap it in the wax paper it just slid out! So it definitely does it's job well!So glad i got this!

Pros
  • Lightweight construction allows for easy handling
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use with metal utensils

Works for me! on my review.

Ordered a couple of these to use in making Key Lime pies. Work fine! The think to remember is when you hand the pan to someone, make sure they know the bottom is removable. Almost had a handling disaster. I've seen other reviews regarding leaking in making quiche. Haven't tried that but it would seem the simple solution is to use a parchment cartouche or put a crust under it. Would have given 5 stars, but I have another pan which is heavier gauge and that little bit nicer.

Pros
  • Perfect for creating beautiful presentations for dinner parties and events.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for baking in high humidity environments

Do not buy this if you are making a CRUSTLESS quiche

I’m on a low carb kick right now and I wanted to make a crustless quiche. Luckily I put a baking tray underneath this pan because about half the egg leaked out the bottom. For normal use I think it’s probably perfect + very nonstick and easy to clean.

Pros
  • Quality construction guarantees even heat distribution
Cons
  • May require additional storage space due to shape

NOT for crustless quiche.

Thank God I decided to put a cookie sheet under this thing or the inside of my oven would have been a giant fire. Not for use for quiche without a crust. Since I bought this pan specifically for this, it was disappointing. I do not recommend for that. However, what didn't leak out cooked up very well and didn't stick at all. I would try it again with a crust to properly seal it.

Pros
  • Suitable for both novice and experienced bakers of all ages
Cons
  • May require seasoning before first use

Good for the price: my feedback

Worked well enough but would have liked it to be a little less flimsy. I used it for a pecan pie and it turned out beautiful though and it was easy to clean up.

Pros
  • I bought this to make a giant peanut butter cup. It worked great and the pie came out easily.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for thicker crusts or fillings

Perfect for tarts and pastries

Very happy. The removable bottom fit and sealed well. My pastry cooked perfectly. When I needed to remove a chilled tart, I just set the pan on an upturned bowl and gently put pressure on the edges. Worked like a dream. Clean up was easy. Product also arrived in perfect condition. It is clear from the product photos, but just take note that the scalloped edge is fairly small. I still felt like it produced a lovely final product.

Pros
  • Oven safe up to 475°F (245°C
Cons
  • May cause uneven browning

Non-stick, works great!

Sprayed pan very very lightly with oil spray prior to using, and when I removed the tart my crust stayed completely intact! Not even a crumb broke off!

Pros
  • Sleek design blends in with other kitchen accessories
Cons
  • May require additional care for cleaning
