- Compared to the original, the sound of pressing the buttons on the B110 Silent is really noticeably quieter (much muffled compared to the sharp one in the original B110), but at the same time, the button travel has become somewhat shorter in terms of tactile sensations (time will tell how much this will affect adaptation). There are no false (double) positives. The optical sensor (1000 dpi, against 800 - in the original) in this model has moved to the right and up from the center. In form (coverage by hand) - a complete analogue of B110.
- One big negative that other users might find hard to get used to is the plastic scroll wheel (the original B110 was rubber). The finger, every now and then, often slips along the scroll, and does not scroll it, it will be especially inconvenient if you have dry skin on your hands. I don’t understand, frankly, why the developers decided to use plastic instead of rubber. Well, then, at least, it was possible to indicate in the technical specifications on the Logitech page that the scroll wheel is plastic.
