This extruder and idler is a poorly made copy of an original Creality part. The kit I received contained a cocking arm with so much play on the pin that it would snap off the base and cause misfeeds. Also, I'm not sure if they gave me the wrong tension spring or if they're just trying to create some kind of overkill because the tension spring was identical to the aftermarket bed leveling springs previously purchased and was too stiff for the tensioner arm. I have it installed an Ender 3. It works fine except for two issues. Threaded holes have sharp edges. This can damage the thread. It cut into the filament entering the extruder, leaving plastic dust on the motor. This issue was addressed by printing out a thread straightener. But as the filament was being fed during printing, it caught on the edge of the lever and opened it slightly, then caused a "click" as the filament was fed back into the hot end. a countersink/chamfer tool would be better)
