Not a bad product, but you can find better.

User who has a D60 and a D90. I attempted to muck it up with the D700, but all that happened was that it got cropped, and it did not become distorted. Mistaken for a member of the staff, I am disappointed. It is completely pointless to pay more than necessary for a stabilizer. I'd take it right now if I could. I wouldn't need a stub for it. I'll take it. Analogues that are used include the AF-S 18-55 3.5-5.6G VR and the AF-S 24-70 2.8G. Below are some advantages: 1. Price. if we want to compare

Not a bad purchase, worth the money.

I never in a million years would have guessed that I would end up purchasing this particular lens after having "drooled" over another type from a different maker. In addition, I did not anticipate receiving an order at the location where it was to be picked up, like a "pig in a poke." Nevertheless, the times are.

Pros
  • 1. The low cost of the lens is probably the most significant benefit it offers. On March 10, 2022, when practically all online retailers were experiencing pandemonium and ridiculous exchange rates, I placed my own order for it at a cost of 28K. 2. Keep the aperture at 2.8 regardless of the focal length. 3. In conjunction with the Nikon D3300 crop carcass (24-megapixel Sony matrix), Camera Raw, and Photoshop, colors that are very "juicy" and nearly toxic can be achieved. This is how I like my photos to look. 4. The manufacturer's commitment to providing excellent service to its clients: - After registering on the official Tamron website for an extended five-year guarantee, it was discovered that the lens, while having been manufactured in China, had been lawfully imported into 2022. In Hong Kong, on the street, I was able to get a free lens adjustment for my body, which is another huge plus. My "tamron" was fixed at Plekhanov (the office service center) by adjusting the firmware for back focus.
Cons
  • The downsides have previously been detailed in great detail several times above, including the "strange" operation of the stabilizer, the unpleasant "buzz" of the motor of the autofocus that is not the fastest, and the rotation of the focus ring in the "wrong" direction, amongst other things. Although, for me personally in 2022, a snotty lover who is not burdened with the need to engage in photo commerce, a bunch of a new Nikon D3300 crop carcass with a 24-megapixel Sony sensor for 14K and a new aperture glass Tamron 17-50 for 28K, which fully reveals this matrix, is the most in terms of price-quality. These two items can be purchased together for 28K.

Satisfied with the product, I recommend it to everyone.

Has pros: Light, fast with optical stabilizer and ultrasonic motor. There is a zoom lock. Has cons: tighter zoom ring travel compared to Canon, Nikon and Sigma lenses I have used. When the lens hood is wound in the transport position, it is extremely inconvenient to focus manually.

The product is really good, Im glad I bought it.

The three lenses I tested for front and back focus on a target that is often used online revealed that autofocus behaves weirdly on all three of them, despite coming from separate batches. Here are the circumstances in which I became aware of it. 50–60 cm, Nikon D7000, as the goal. 50mm focal length, with an obviously wide open aperture. I disengage the focus on a faraway object, lock it on the target's central point, and then fire. All is as it should be if the lens is normal and does not have

Pros
  • excellent value for the money. Before me, there was a list of all the benefits. I concur with them.
Cons
  • Nearly all of the drawbacks are also listed before me. I can attest that many misaligned lenses are for sale. I only received a normal one the third time. There is frequently a rear focus of 1 to 2 cm. I really don't want to give a new lens for adjustment, but the store personnel say that the official service looks to cost 700. Autofocus strange behavior, see remark.

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

I obtained this Tamron 2.8 by trading in my Nikkor 18-105 zoom lens. The overall impressions obtained from this lens are extremely favorable, with sharpness starting at 2.8. The picture is neat and appealing to look at. ka razor at aperture 5.6 - I particularly enjoy his work in studio photography. I won't mention anything about hares; I didn't manage to catch any of them, and XA claims that's because I never sought for them. For the purpose of reporting, the focus stalks about slowly and in…

Pros
  • Picture that is clear, bright, and attractive.
Cons
  • tight zoom ring

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

About 2.5 years ago, I began using this lens. This buy was without a doubt a good one. In many ways, he's the ideal man. Sharpness at the long end with an open aperture is the only area where it falls short of its sigma equivalent. Since I primarily shoot portraits with it at 50mm and f/2.8, I don't think this is too important. The best distortions, XA, and a marginally superior stabilizer more than make up for this one shortcoming. I feel confident recommending it to non-shooters. It's risky…

Pros
  • The center is really sharp, and the edges aren't too shabby either. + The least extreme example of its type of distortion. Absent altogether between 24 and 50 mm. + Few color shifts or distortions. You can't even see them in RAW, so there's no point in trying to fix them. With a 2.8 aperture and excellent coatings (light resistance), this camera is practically amazing.
Cons
  • - From 35mm to 50mm, wide open sharpness isn't quite up to par. Autofocus and image stabilization are noisy.

A reliable product, quality is acceptable.

You can do portraits with this lens, but I find that prime lenses are more versatile for that purpose. This lens is a fantastic value for the money and is ideal for shooting landscapes, travel, and street photography. Some pros: 1. Constant luminosity 2. This stabilizer isn't awful at all, and it really shines when working with lower shutter speeds. 3. The crispness is excellent, and the picture is of high quality overall. 4. Bokeh quality is good at 50mm. 5. Price Having these drawbacks: 1…

Unsatisfactory quality, I will not buy this again.

A fine instrument for its purpose. The only thing I'd change is to have faster autofocus like a sigma equivalent. But the saddest part is that marriage rates are so high. The first one I purchased had not been checked for proper front-to-back focus. in retrospect, I deeply regret. I gave it to the service and they said it had a good back focus, so I know it's legit. It didn't work out when I tried to return it for a similar one. Only one of the four copies I examined in the shop was sharply…

Pros
  • Aperture, Construction, Good Staffer, Acceptable Bokeh, Hood Provided, Focus and Zoom Rings that are Easily Adjusted
Cons
  • Cons: - Noisy stabilizer - Slow autofocus (but still quicker than most lenses) Disgusting production quality control standards (discussed in comment)

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

You couldn't buy a regular Nikon standard zoom for that kind of money, and even if you did, it wouldn't have the same aperture. What can we say about an analog camera with the same qualities? The option of using Tokina or this "Tampon" was ultimately selected. Tokina was impressed by the metal construction, but she was terrified by the sharpness and strange behavior it exhibited in the backlight. The tampon has more even properties, but it is evident that its lifespan will be significantly…

Pros
  • Aperture, cost, weight, and dimensions are all included. Harmony in terms of quality overall.
Cons
  • Strong loss of sharpness at the periphery of the picture, mild chromate in problematic locations, speed of focusing, geometric distortion, glare, thin lens hood, and plastic construction are some of the issues with this camera. You will need to select thoughtfully.

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

As a staffer on the D90, I was able to purchase it. Since I will not be using it personally, all I can do is express my initial reactions to it. Very sharp at 2.8, which is to my satisfaction. Naturally, a stabilizer is not really required at such a focal length; but, the price of a lens that has a 14200 stub is now perfectly justified, and this is the amount that I paid for it. They note further on that the price was 22022, which is, of course, a significant sum. Take a tamron 17-50 2.8 if you

Pros
  • Clarity and brightness are both present. In the maximum range that the zoom tamron can cover. If you choose between 17 and 50 millimeters as your focal length range, the tamron will produce the sharpest and most beautiful pattern. If you do not compare this with Nikkor, however, you will notice that the price is very different.
Cons
  • It is essential to make a decision. I went to a store and purchased four lenses all at once. It is not difficult to focus in either the front or the back of the lens, of course, and the problem can be remedied at a later time through adjustment, but it is preferable to eliminate this problem as soon as possible, particularly if the lens is not located in Hong Kong.

Reliable product for all occasions, quality on par.

I tried out three different lenses while I was in the shop. One of them had a front focus, and the other two ended up being really good overall. A very good lens for the price of 16,000, which is the price of the version without image stabilization. For 22022 rub. Since the absence of a stub is not at all important at focal lengths ranging from 17-50 millimeters, I do not believe that it is reasonable to purchase a version that includes an image stabilizer. It sounds more like a tactic that…

Pros
  • Above f/4, there is a crispness that is really nice. Included around the outside of the picture's frame as well. Even though it "cools" a little bit on D300s with automatic BB, the color rendition does not seem to be the source of any particular concerns. When viewed from broad angles, vignetting and distortion do not appear to be overly distracting (for a third-party product, of course). Unbelievably light and diminutive (making it suitable for young women who are on the thinner side). Since this was my first experience with the Tamron image stabilization system (VC), all I have to use as a benchmark is Nikon's (VR) technology. I did not notice a significant change, other from perhaps a slightly more "twitchy" performance from Tamron's stub. I did not notice any other changes.
Cons
  • Inadequate construction. The hood need to be handled with the care that one would a crystal vase. Chromatic aberrations that are particularly severe in the focal length range of 17 to 20. Does not like backlight (although, to be fair, it should be noted that all lenses in this price range do not like brightness, thus this statement is not unique to this lens). The price in 2022 was no longer appealing due to the fact that the lens now had a stub attached to it. Sometimes the autofocus will be blurry.

Normal glass for day-to-day use, which enables 24 megapixels on my D7100. This lens is notable for its high level of sharpness as well as its absence of pattern. That is, having eliminated a hellishly crisp shot and properly placed, I am aware that something is lacking; it is comparable to watching a movie without popcorn. He posed as a staff member, dressed as fifty bucks, rather than as the venerable but now-deceased tamron. Constant overexposure when the weather is sunny; the mode or freeze…

Pros
  • Price, an employee with a sharp stub (in relation to the cost) reasonably quick and precise af performance at dusk With the 2022 mode and its smooth and short focus ring, you may record video with blurry or out of focus subjects.
Cons
  • Imagine, it's not in the picture. Tight zoom ring Stub goes through batteries like a horse does hay. Relighting all the time! You need to make a -1 adjustment to the exposure.
