My only complaints are the smart watch and the Bluetooth connection. Neither works for me. The instructions don't tell you how to connect to bluetooth and the watch won't even charge. The machine itself is great so far. My sister was so impressed she had me order her one as well. You really feel the burn in your muscles with this machine and I haven't even gone past 50 yet.

Lots of power but sometimes makes strange noises. The platform has sharp modules. Literally cut into my toe the first time I stepped on it. I’ve had this for a few month now and I absolutely love it. I use it most nights during T.V time. I have noticed a difference in my lower body muscle strength and also some welcomed definition in my thighs. I bought this primarily to shake out my lower body, I’m a runner and have had issues with sciatica pain. As I slowly increase the speed over time, I keep noticing more and more benefits and am set to make this my nightly routine. Give it a try if your hesitant, it’s worth it :)

It is super easy to use. It is longer then what i thought I would be. So you have enough space to move your feet apart. The nobs of the base can be bothersome if it's your first time to experience it. It doesn't make a loud noise. I haven't used the band yet. The watch is very cheap, you have to download a app to actually see your progress of steps and everything else. But I do appreciate getting it because I don't have a tracker.

This thing works AMAZINGLY! I had tight lower back muscles so I decided to test this out and after 10 mins on high intensity because why not. A friend bought one and it has helped her beyond her expectations. I have osteoarthritis and am in constant pain. This platform works great. It has a convenient remote control since it doesn’t have handle bars like some I’ve tried. I feel invigorated after using it by itself. When I employ the elastic hand straps my arms get a real workout. This is helping me tone back up after not going to the gym for 4 months due to COVID-19.
