An excellent cooler for its price (I took it for 1450). The kit includes mounts for all modern sockets and even for 2022 / v3. Clear instructions in 2022, thermal paste included. The cooler easily copes with the e5 2670 v2 (115 tdp), at idle 24-27 degrees, at 100% load in the stress test 38 degrees, the cooler speed was 1150 rpm. I didn't notice much noise from it.
