They say it works on most printers but when speaking to support on the phone they didn't hear about the Robo 3D printer and didn't know if it would work.

Easy to print, flawless extrusion

Bought this to print replacement rubber end caps for a tool box I was renovating. Printed beautifully on the first try, using a Bowden setting and a standard (non-flexible) extruder, with print settings in the middle of the recommended range. The only thing I would recommend (as with other flexible filaments), especially if you're extruding into a Bowden tube: adjust the settings so that you're extruding at a constant speed (so fill, perimeter and everything else in the same speed), turn off…

So amazing. I want to try all exotic threads now.

Polyflex has been a pleasure from the start. I guessed the print settings and my first print was perfect. I made small adjustments and then printed the parts for 20 hours with a single error. My nozzle got clogged at some point, but I think there was old ABS in there. After a few cold pulls, the print went on without errors. Every piece stuck to the bed. There were no voids and there was NEVER any delamination. I can't believe how good the layer adhesion is with this material. I pulled with all

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
