The light itself looks real good when put together, however SM did a really poor job of packing this one. This is my 5th purchase from them and 4 others were packed extremely well, only minor issues. So.this is a bit of work. The first part that you have to get right is the crossbars that you mount to the electrical box but you MUST also screw the crossbars into the ceiling with the supplied plugs or screws. If you don’t the crossbars will sag. Screw them in away from the center. The further out you go, the better the result. Measure the 4 bolts on the crossbars that you’ll need to mount the fixture onto. They MUST be 15-3/4” apart, also very important. Make sure that they are snug…

Had this installed by pros. Took a bit longer lining up 4 bolts with 4 holes at the same time is a bit tricky when being done over your head. Have a good ladder and patience. The lamp itself is stunning. Crystals are heavy and real and once together it is a pretty big lamp, looks bigger than the specs and SUPER bright with 9 leds. The assembled chandelier looks just like the picture. The installation of the mounting bracket and base are simple. Pretty standard. But you have to connect wire strands with tiny connectors to both ends of every piece of glass. There are approximately 60 flat pieces that hang around the edges so 60 connections to the glass and 60 more to connect the glass to the fixture. Looks very polished, fast delivery. Instructions are poorly explained. I would add the balls to the strand before I attached them to the lamp,because the clasps on one end are great,but very small,tight at the bottom,where the balls go. Wished they put the same,easier clasp on both ends. The outer long accessories aren’t a clasp,just a stick you turn, and so all have different sizes in the end.

I had an electrician friend come over to take a ceiling fan with a light fixture down so he could put chandelier base up. It took him some time to get it done, so that required some knowledge and patience. I hung the crystals by myself and altogether it took around 3 hours. Frustrating at first, then I got the hang of it. Definitely a job you can’t rush. If a friend ordered one, I wouldn’t hesitate to hang the crystals for them.

This was a "normal" amount of work and difficulty for a chandelier install. The biggest downside is the directions aren't the best in the world. My only recommendation to add to all the other reviews is you need to size how the mounting screws will fit into silver cover by placing the crossbar with the screws being placed into the holes in the silver cover. You won't find this quality at this price. I was skeptical, but this is REAL crystal. We looked at similar lights at lighting stores for $800 and up. And disregard complaints about having to assemble a lot of pieces. EVERY fancy crystal chandelier requires a bit of time and patience to assemble all the pieces. Also, take the time to really clean the chrome of any dust or fingerprints after installing the base. You cannot do it after the crystals are installed.

Looks beautiful just like the picture and is very well packaged. My package was not handled carefully and had lots of bad holes in the box and signs that it had been dropped so I was worried but when I opened it up everything was perfectly protected. It wasn’t super difficult to install but there are a ton of pieces so it is a bit tedious and time consuming. The finished product is very nice size and beautiful. I rarely write reviews. This chandelier is well built. I had zero damage to the product and it was packaged well. Please note that there are so many pieces to this lamp that I thought there would be damage. The instructions were pretty good. They sent extra hardware with no explanation. I think that is in case you damage hardware in the future? They also gave me (2) extra long outer ring parts which is smart business. I can replace the domes easy but the outer ring pieces could prove to be hard

I was a little hesitant to buy a chandelier on Revain just not knowing what the quality would be. This is such a stunning piece and such a good value. It looks so much more expensive than the price. I bought 3 of these for my house. One in my office and 2 in my master bathroom, super bright and I put them on dimmers on the walls for dimming in the evening. They are spectacular. St Mossi has the most impressive and beautiful fixtures.

The item is a hassle to assemble. I was in the ladder for about 2 hours putting all the crystals around it. They are not easy to put but look into the outcome once done. It’s really really pretty. Do take time in putting the crystals it’s worth it. Plus the value is half the price on one I found in Wayfair.

It looks fantastic and I would buy this again in a heartbeat.It is, however, about 100 little pieces of crystal to install, in a particular order. It will take your electrician two to three hours to do it all. Be prepared to pay your electrician a lot extra.Totally worth it.
