This product is good for managing inventory as long as you aren't using mobile devices. If you are looking for a reliable program that has features others don't provide then look here. It has most things you'd expect from an inventory management software. You get reports, alerts when items run low and much more. It works well for small businesses with just a few employees working with desktop computers. For medium sized warehouses with multiple floors and hundreds of items they might require something with a couple hundred thousand total items. Other programs won't even handle 100,000+ products. While this isn't super expensive for large businesses and even startups, if you're small you'll probably spend less overall on a smaller piece of software. As far as support goes, I've had issues but nothing major. Sometimes it just takes a little while for them to respond and give guidance but other times support doesn't reply to emails or the responses seem vague. Overall, though, I'm satisfied with this software. For the price you can't go wrong.
I've used WebChout to track all our assets online. It works fine once the database gets connected and running properly; however, whenever our website goes down, there is no functionality whatsoever. Not much in the dashboard to indicate that we haven't received an update recently. And when it does go into downtime mode, it will never come back until they fix the issue and send me an e-mail about it. If they had any kind of decent user support, I'd be very happy with them, but since they don't offer any customer support, I'm left wondering why they continue making promises they know full well they'll probably fail to fulfill.
This is actually a pretty good program when you just want to track things you've bought (inventory), it doesn't have to manage millions of items which makes it perfect for small places. However, when I used it years ago, the bugs were so prevalent that it caused me hours of wasted time trying to figure out why something didn't work. I'd call them support and they'd ask you to send over a couple pictures for diagnosis and then tell you "Oh well, try again next week". Not exactly confidence inspiring when you run a business. Then I tried using their paid version and had better luck, but still struggled with crashes and weird errors I couldn't fix without taking screenshots of certain objects. Overall though, it gets the job done.
This program runs pretty well. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to run smoothly when it comes to updating the database. When I try refreshing the list using the refresh button it freezes. Another problem is that sometimes when adding multiple items nothing ever gets added to the inventory tracking screen; usually after 30 minutes to 2 hours. Maybe a little too much going on at once? Not many bugs though so all in all a good start. I've actually had it completely crash twice just recently.देखें पूरी समीक्षा
